With our bonus points program, you collect points with every purchase and can redeem them later as a discount. The more you buy, the more points you get!
2. How do I collect bonus points?
You receive bonus points based on your purchase value:
- 1 – 150 € → 1 point per 1 €
- 150 – 300 € → 2 points per 1 €
- 300 – 500 € → 3 points per 1 €
- from 500 &euros; → 5 points per 1 €
Example: If you buy for 350 €, you will receive 3 points per 1 € – so a total of 1,050 points!
3. How much are my bonus points worth?
Each bonus point has a value of 0.01 €.
Example: 100 points = 1 € discount.

No, there is no minimum order amount – you can redeem your points at any time!

7. Do my bonus points expire?
No, your accumulated bonus points remain valid indefinitely!
8. Can I combine bonus points with other discounts?
Yes, bonus points can be combined with all other discounts and vouchers.
9. Do I also get points for orders already placed?
No, points are only collected for orders placed after the introduction of the bonus program.
10. What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?
If you cancel or return an order, the points received for this order will be automatically deducted again.
11. Do I have to have a customer account to collect bonus points?
Yes, collecting and redeeming bonus points is only possible with a registered customer account.
12. what does „number of points soon available“?
Your accumulated points have a locking period of 21 days. This means that they will only be released for redemption after this period has expired. This is to take into account possible returns or cancellations.
